Christmas in July Sewing Camp | Gorton Center
July 20 @ 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
Celebrate the magic of the holidays—summer style! In our Christmas in July Sewing Camp, kids will enjoy a festive week of creativity while learning valuable sewing skills in a fun, age-appropriate environment. Campers will sew holiday inspired projects including: holiday stockings, christmas tree pillows, cozy winter accessories, and a cheerful holiday themed table runner. Along the way, they’ll build confidence with the sewing machine & will be able to personalize each project to make it uniquely their own. All supplies, including fabric, sewing machines, and sewing notions are provided. It is SEW much fun to sew and create. Students can bring their own sewing machine or use the provided sewing machines. Students should bring a water bottle and healthy snack everyday. *New and returning students are welcome!
